Marshall S. Whidden graduated from the College of Architecture at University of Florida in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture and a minor in Horticultural Science. After becoming a licensed Landscape Architect in 2000 he started his own design firm in Lake Wales, Florida. In 2001 Mr. Whidden merged and co-founded Integrated Landscape Architecture in Naples, Florida. In October, 2003 he decided to move back to his roots and started Whidden Design Studio in Lake Wales, Florida. The timing proved to be perfect as the development market was about to explode and provided much design work.

Our office is located in downtown Lake Wales, a small but growing town in central Florida. Lake Wales is one hour south of Orlando and one hour east of Tampa. Both the east and west coasts are just over one hour away. The central Florida market is experiencing tremendous growth and we are positioned right in the middle of it.
