This project is a 330 unit waterfront residential high-rise that is currently undergoing a major renovation. Our tasks include master planning of the site in which we evaluated vehicular and pedestrian circulation issues and proposed a new pedestrian promenade leading to a new marina. We also proposed upgrades to the existing pool and deck as well as extensive landscape improvements. Miami, Florida.
